Paltò provides its customers with a program that enables them to pass down a timeless garment from one generation to another.

Dear Customer, upon joining the “Timeless” warranty service within 15 days from the purchase of a Paltò garment we provide you with the following services for the following 12 months:

Upon request and free of charge you will be able to receive a replacement for that button you’ve lost, a broken zipper, a damaged label, or other accessories that pertain to the garment that you’ve bought. Of course, replacements are subject to the availability of the requested item at the time of your claim.

If for any reason – such as a small tear, a scraping, a stain or any other unfortunate damage – your garment needs a repair, you can contact our customer service that will be pleased to help you. A first evaluation will be made after you send us a brief description of the repair needed and some photographs. If a preliminary analysis reveals that the defect or damage is our responsibility, the specific garment will be recalled to be examined, repaired and sent back to the customer free of charge.

Repair services are subject to the availability of the material necessary to perform them. If it is not possible to repair an item, you will receive a discount coupon of at least 15% that you can use for your next online purchase on our website.

If the repair is needed because of an accident, mishandling, incorrect use or the consequences of normal wear and aging, upon our receipt of the garment returned at your expense, we will send you a repair service price quotation. After you have agreed with it, the repaired garment will be returned to you within 15 days: you will pay repair services by cash on delivery while we will take care of shipping costs.
