HYBRID CASHMERE INSULATION SYSTEMM
It combines the sartorial world with the engineering of technical clothing in a perfect balance, creating a perfect collection of sportswear and overcoats characterized by excellent thermal performance and great comfort. PALTÒ uses a new type of padding, invented and patented in Italy, derived from recycled cashmere wool fiber, aimed at guaranteeing breathability and comfort. Cashpad - Taking advantage of the special characteristics of wool: its hygroscopicity, breathability and its high insulating value, an eco-friendly and highly performing padding is born. Unlike goose down and existing synthetic padding, it allows the use of quilts with more open and breathable fabrics for garments that need thermal insulation.
Wool blend flannel fabric with herringbone weave, elegant and technical with outstanding characteristics. after the weaving process, the fabric undergoes a calendering treatment called kd which crushes and compacts it, giving it the correct dimensional stability. the subsequent treatment is the coupling of a very light, windproof and breathable polyurethane membrane. the final finishing consists of a water-repellent treatment which makes the fabric completely waterproof. in this way a fabric with typically woolen characteristics is obtained but which allows the making of modern, elegant and at the same time high-performance garments such as rainproof and windproof. dry cleaning is recommended for maintenance.
