- If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return it within 14 days of delivery of the order.
- The items must be returned in their original packaging in order to be adequately protected during transit.
- The package and the rest of the packaging must in turn be adequately protected because they are an integral part of the product: your return will not be accepted if the garment, boxes or accessories are damaged.
- To request a return authorization, write an email to: shop@palto.it indicating the order number in the subject.
- You will receive an e-mail confirming that you have taken charge with the steps to follow.
