Free shipping for orders over €150. Orders are processed within 24 hours of your completed order.
Shipping times are approximate. We are not responsible for delays caused by credit card authorization processes and for those depending on the courier service and/or unexpected circumstances.
Shipping times depend on destination:
Italy – 1-3 business days after shipping is confirmed
EU countries – 3-7 business days after shipping is confirmed
Non-EU countries – 5-10 business days after shipping is confirmed
It is not possible to schedule a delivery. Items will not be shipped on weekends and legal holidays.
Please read the following information carefully:
• Packages require a signature upon delivery as proof of delivery.
• It is not possible to change the delivery address after items have been shipped. Please provide a deliverable and up-to-date address and be informed on delivery times.
• If your package is undeliverable (incorrect address, transportation problems, etc.) the carrier will return it to us and within 60 days you will be issued a full refund. Storage and shipping charges are non-refundable.
• Please inspect the package thoroughly upon delivery before signing any proof of delivery.
• If the package is damaged, defective or tampered with, please sign off for delivery conditionally or do not accept delivery.
• If a package cannot be delivered to the address provided by a customer, the ordered items could be returned to sender.
• Shipping insurance is free and covers stolen or damaged packages. Packages are covered until the point of delivery.
• If an order cannot be partially or fully processed, the customer will be informed via email as soon as possible.
If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return your items within 14 days from the delivery.
Items must be returned unused and in their full original packaging in order to be properly protected during transportation.
The entire package must be returned properly protected as a part of the product. Damaged garments, accessories, boxes, etc. will not be accepted.
To request a return log in to your account on www.palto.it and follow these steps:
• Flag the order's item(s)
• Insert a return note
Insert the required information, select the garments you want to return and the reason why you want to return them. If a garment is defective, please provide further details.
You will receive an email confirming that your request has been received. The message will contain all the steps to follow (present inside the package as well).
Paste the return shipping label (that you can find inside your package) onto the outside of the package you are returning.

The service is available from land and mobile phone, from Monday to Friday, 8:30am to 6:00pm, and on Saturdays from 8:30am to 12:30pm.

You will receive a return notice via email when your package is received and processed by our Logistics Department.
Other return information
Items must be returned from the same countries where the order was issued. We cannot accept returns from different countries or addresses.
Returns that do not comply to the rules specified here or that do not contain the proper documents will not be accepted and will be returned to sender.
The returned package will be processed within 14 business days from the delivery to our warehouse.
After our warehouse has received the returned garment and verified that it can be accepted, the refund will be issued within 30 days.
Your refund will be credited back to the same credit card used for the purchase.
